How it works

Approve the transfer in your wallet.
$OBS is credited automatically once the transaction has the required confirmations (usually 30–60 seconds on EVM/Solana, 10–30 minutes on Bitcoin).
I paid but don't see my $OBS
Open this chat and share your transaction hash — Fin can look up the on-chain status and your ledger instantly. 95% of "missing" purchases turn out to be still confirming.
What if my purchase failed?
If the tx never confirmed: nothing was deducted, just retry.
If it confirmed but $OBS isn't credited within 10 minutes: paste the tx hash here, we'll reconcile manually.
If you sent the wrong asset or wrong chain: contact us immediately with the tx hash.
