What we collect
Account: email, password hash, profile fields you fill in.
Linked accounts: X handle, Telegram ID, wallet addresses you connect.
On-platform activity: rewards, referrals, purchases, ad orders — used to compute balances and prevent abuse.
Product analytics: page views and feature usage via Amplitude (anonymized device-level), used to improve the product.
Support conversations: what you write here in chat, used to help you and improve responses.
KYC data (only if requested for a specific transaction): government ID and selfie, encrypted at rest, accessed only by reviewers.
What we don't collect
We don't sell your data to third parties.
We don't track you across other websites with cookies.
We don't read your wallet's private keys — they never leave your device.
Where data is stored
In Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security and encrypted backups. Sub-processors include our analytics provider (Amplitude), customer messaging (Intercom + Customer.io), email delivery (Customer.io and Resend SMTP), and our infrastructure provider.
Your rights
Access: ask for a copy of your data here in chat.
Deletion: ask for account deletion — completed within 7 days, in line with GDPR.
Correction: update your email or profile info via support.
Opt-out: turn off marketing emails from any email's footer.
Children
Crypto Dapp is not for users under 18.
