Click Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link is sent within seconds.
I can't log in even with the right password
We removed 2FA/MFA — if you set it up before, it's no longer required. Just use email + password.
If Cloudflare Turnstile blocks you, try a different network (corporate VPNs sometimes trigger it).
Can I change my email?
Email changes are not self-service for security reasons. Contact us in this chat — we'll verify your identity (e.g. via your wallet signature or referral code) and update it manually.
